Responsibilities
• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly • Supervise and create a positive environment for the team • Assume responsibility as a key holder • Assist with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties • Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines • Place orders to maintain correct stock levels • Delegate tasks as needed and ensure team is proactive • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards • Comply with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
• Previous experience supervising frontline teams • Good communication skills with a focus on Customer Service • Team player with a can-do attitude • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
