The Cadogan, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking a friendly and passionate bartender to join our team. As a bartender at Belmond, you will be working in one of the world's greatest travel destinations, crafting unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and hospitable manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Provide recommendations on drink options and pairings for our guests
• Manage cash and payment transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and drinks
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
