Job Description - Divisional PA

About The Role

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum  

Hours per week: 35 hours per week

Location: Northampton / 2 – 3 days in the office per week with some travel to the London area

We are seeking a detail orientated, enthusiastic, and well-organised individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Divisional PA to our Operations Director (South Division).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role as a Divisional PA will be to provide an efficient and effective PA service to the Operations Director whilst also providing support to the administrative function of the care homes and wider operational team within the division. You will oversee admin processes and ensure a consistent and compliant approach to our policies and ways of working.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Operations Director’s diary, ensuring they are aware of upcoming events and scheduling of the weekly/monthly calls/meetings for the Division.
  • Supporting both the Operations Director and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking and other administrative duties
  • Booking hotels and any other travel as requested.
  • Collation of Divisional reporting and data on a weekly basis
  • Working closely with CEO’s EA to assist with meeting planning and event organising.
  • Assisting the OD with Divisional communication – inserting content and proof reading.
  • Attending meetings in and around London with the OD/RD’s

About You

Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have previous PA experience within a multi-site operation.
  • Have the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment with resilience and flexibility.
  • Have excellent IT skills and demonstrable experience in using Office 365
  • Be able to maintain a good eye for detail whilst managing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Have the ability to write effective, clear communication both independently and in support of the management team.
  • Be able to work well in a team orientated environment.
  • Be happy to travel to the London area when required to attend meetings and events.
