This unique boutique hotel venue encompasses a modern style with stunning Victorian features, truly representing Edinburgh and all its rich history has to offer. The property boasts 27 comfortable bedrooms with a variety of exceptional views of the city. Responsibilities within your new role As the Hotel Manager, it will be your duty to manage the performance of all departments, as well as ensure monthly audits are carried out for all departments while creating a positive and inclusive environment. You will proactively engage with guests and source feedback to ensure all expectations are being exceeded, along with consistently looking for ways to develop and improve the overall service provided. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitors, policies, practices and trends in order to ensure the venue remains a top performer and retains its reputation as the finest within the UK. Your personality, experience and qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experience, backed by strong operational knowledge within the industry. Being observant, communicative, and alert will be of huge benefit when carrying out your responsibilities within this fast-paced environment. The General Manager should be approachable and friendly while being able to lead a team efficiently to reach goals and provide a high-end service. Apply now!
