The Hotel has been furnished to a high standard and are looking for someone to build a career with them. The hotel is busy all year round and you will support the General manager in all aspects of running the business.

The Role - Assistant Manager

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Hotel
• Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
• Training and development of junior staff members and summer casuals
• Managing the restaurant & bar as well as room bookings

The Person - Assistant Manager

• Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
• Stable work history showing progression
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
• Training experience an advantage
• Experience of Rooms
