Job Description



The Lion Hotel is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Duty Manager to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in delivering great customer service, team motivation, adhering to the highest levels of cleanliness and promoting the company values.

As part of the role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Your primary focus will be our food & beverage area but you will be assisting teams across all departments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and all team members are consistently meeting quality standards. You will also be ensuring the prompt resolution of any customer issues, as well as adhering to all Health & Safety requirements to promote sae working practices

Qualifications



The right person will be:

  • Someone who can demonstrate leadership and organisational skills via previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • An effective communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Proactive and adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment
