This is an exciting role ensuring the overall smooth and efficient running of the Warwick Castle Lodges, Glamping and Hotel operation. You’ll control the shift operation and communicate effectively with all relevant departments and within the hotel.
This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from ensuring a harmonious crossover between the different shifts during the day and night to leading, developing and motivating the team to achieve exceptional service, sales, profit and health & safety standards. You’ll handle any guest problems, complaints, or compliments, passing on any relevant information to the department contact and develop a thorough knowledge of Warwick Castle, employee, services, and the hours of operation, plus be fully aware of any promotions connected to the Castle.
This is a fixed-term position and covers both AM (7am-3pm), PM (3pm-11pm), weekend and bank holiday working.
