ROLE: Hotel Experience Manager Location: Earls Court Pay: £33784.61 PA
Role Overview: As a Hotel Experience Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our guest experience. You will oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Your role will involve managing guest relations, enhancing service delivery, and implementing innovative strategies to exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay.
- Service Excellence: Monitor and enhance the quality of service provided by all departments, maintaining our high standards.
- Feedback Management: Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Staff Training: Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Experience Enhancement : Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
- Event Coordination : Oversee the planning and execution of special events and functions, ensuring seamless delivery.
- VIP Services: Provide tailored services for VIP guests, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk) to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on guest feedback, service improvements, and operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience: - Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of management experience within a similiar sector or industry
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
