They will have solid experience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchen brigade. We’re looking for people with a true passion for food with the ability to deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool when the pressure’s on.
