Hotel Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Team. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all equipment, machinery, and systems. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise a team.

Duties:- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and logic controllers- Oversee repairs and maintenance performed by external contractors- Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience:- Previous experience in hospitality preferred.- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
