This programme offers an opportunity to advance your career in hospitality by working in various operational departments such as Room Division, Food and Beverage, and Support Services . The role includes some travel, allowing you to visit each hotel in our collection and attend workshops as part of the programme. Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa, Bagshot, Surrey Royal Berkshire Hotel, Sunninghill, Ascot Lainston House Hotel, Winchester, Hampshire Fanhams Hall Hotel, Ware, Hertfordshire South Lodge Hotel & Spa, Horsham, West Sussex The Manor House Hotel, Castle Combe, Chippenham Ansty Hall Hotel, Coventry You must demonstrate a genuine Passion and Flair for the hospitality industry ! A relevant hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality. Industry related experience (can include work placement) in customer facing roles. Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme! You’ve got to like being around others, smiling and chatting because you like people, not because someone told him to smile and chat. When you tell a guess you’re happy to help, you have to mean it.
