A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL RECEPTIONIST AT CROWN HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Reception Manager your role is vital in creating the right lasting impression of the Crown Hotel for our guests.You are the individual they meet on arrival and the person they see on departure. You can expect your working day to include the following.

• checking guests in & out
• billing processes
• answering the switchboard
• dealing with guest queries
• taking reservations
