Job Description - Hotel Services Assistant

Hotel Services Assistant - Team Leader | Solihull | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Competitive Salary plus Excellent Benefits

Duties and responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the team, working hands on as required
  • Ensuring meals and beverages are delivered to patients’ rooms
  • Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay
  • Assisting the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties
  • Making sure patients feel they are receiving a first class service at all times

Who we're looking for

  • A customer service-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential

Working Hours: 37.5 - Working 5x days including some weekends. Shifts from 06:00-00:00

Contract Type: Fixed Term- 12 months
