Duties and responsibilities related to the In-Room Dining Manager role

• Oversee all aspects of the in room dining operations, including hiring, scheduling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with the culinary team and food & beverage manager to create in room dining menus that reflect seasonal offerings
• Monitor guest feedback, always striving to achieve high level of guest satisfaction
• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to provide exceptional service
• Develop strategies to promote in room dining offerings and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
