Company Description: This consultancy focuses on the hotel and hospitality sector providing project management, asset management and advisory services and provides services to range of established and new hotel brands.

Role Description:

1. Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel development projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
2. Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
3. Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
4. Schedule Control: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and timeline objectives are met.
5. Assurance: Ensure that all project work meets design specifications and quality standards.
6. Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strategic planning and execution.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong financial and budgeting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
