About this role:

Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or are purchased stand alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue generating activities which will result in increased CAS sales and productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships and collaboration within territory
  • Conduct Account Planning sessions with account team to devise a ticket utilization strategy
  • Engage with large client and non-client organizations that hold unused tickets
  • Work with ticket holders to understand their role and initiatives in order to align them to the proper conference
  • Present value proposition of Gartner conference to ticket holders in order to drive increased ticket utilization and conference attendance
  • During ticket holder conversations, undercover potential upsell opportunities and ask for referrals to forward on to the CAS
  • Work with ticket holders to get registered and plan their conference agenda
  • Follow departmental communication strategy with all outbound communication to ticketholders
  • Conduct client meetings daily
  • Maintain the outbound phone and email levels needed to exceed ticket utilization target
  • CRP associates will be primarily measured on the level of increased ticket utilization
  • Work with ticketholders to get registered and plan their conference agenda

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 1-2 years of Business experience; Entry level with strong internship experience
  • Experience working with Senior Level Executives preferred
  • Prioritization skills, strong interpersonal skills, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to speak with CIO's and VP level attendees
