An outstanding opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partners & ER to lead a team of HR BPs and HR Advisors/ER professionals in a comprehensive HR/ER service to the organisation. You will be part of the Senior HR & OD team with a focus on overseeing the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors in the oversight of complex employer relations and union relationships. Key Areas Leadership of HR team - including HR Business Partners and Employer Relations Team Lead and develop an effective relationship with unions with a key role in leading consultations and negotiations Develop the capabilities of the HR team, in particular with employer relations. Lead the HR Business Partners and provide direction and support to active objectives across a range of areas including management development, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, culture and change development, wellbeing and employee engagement. Role model and subject-matter expert on generalist HR matters, for example, ER, performance management, employee engagement and a point of escalation for complex employer relations. Support the HR Business Partners with a range of complex organisational change projects. Candidates We are seeking senior HR professionals with substantial experience of leadership of large HR teams, including HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Employer Relations Advisors. You will need experience of working within large and complex unionised environments. Substantial experience in complex employer relations, change and union relationships. Chartered MCIPD / Level 7 CIPD Head of HR Business Partner, Head of HR, Lead HR, The Offer We are seeking a senior HR professional to be engaged on an initial interim basis via Hays weekly online time sheets.
