We are working with a leading Food manufacturer who supplies into a leading retailers and foodservice customers with branded and own-label products, and they are looking to recruit HR and Payroll Administrator to join their HR team.

About the Role

You will report to the Head of HR, assisting with the delivery of people strategy by business partnering with their Manufacturing Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Support payroll each month. You will support the Payroll Administrator in processing commission, bonus, overtime, pension, salary sacrifice, court orders & all other aspects of payroll as well as processing SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPP, SAP, starters, leavers & any other required changes
• Support the recruitment process, writing job descriptions and adverts, liaising with external recruiters/agencies, and coordinating the admin surrounding this.
• Help manage and monitor production hours and prepare relevant reports for key stakeholders
• There will be the occasion need to work outside of your core hours to allow suitable support for the night shift colleagues.

Required

• Experience in human resources desirable
• Knowledge of Finance and Sage Payroll
• Demonstrate experience in performing calculations involving salaries and holiday pay
• High degree of self-motivation and independent work style
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a range of priorities.
• Collaborative working style, persuasive and clear communication skills
