The RoleAs the HR Director you will be responsible for driving the development of a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will be expected to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. This is a global strategic role, looking after UK/USA and European markets. First objective will be getting the business fit for purpose, then looking at long term objectives for growth.

The successful HR Director will have:Proven experience as a HR Director or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and drive employee engagement initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Salary : £120,000 - £140,000, car, bonus, pension / healthcare etcLocation : West Midlands HQ, with regular international travel.
