HR Intern – H2R Process
Location: Crawley, UK
Duration: 3-6 months

Job Responsibilities:
The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Hire-to-retire (H2R) value stream team with documentation and formulation of global HR Processes. Additionally, to support with hands-on HR and process management within a collaborative environment. The position reports to the H2R Global Process Owner.
Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.
Competencies:
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or science or a related field. Having completed coursework in HR management, Business processes, Lean Six Sigma or project management is a plus.
