Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
- Support current and future business needs through employee development and succession planning
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to formulate HR strategies and implement them
