Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Support current and future business needs through employee development and succession planning
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's values

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive working environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to formulate HR strategies and implement them
