I am recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a GP as the Head of HR. The primary responsibilities include overseeing human resources operations on a daily basis, implementing effective human resources programs and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Align HR initiatives with overall business strategies to develop and execute successful HR strategies. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce. Develop, monitor, and maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation. Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance. Identify training needs to implement and monitor training programs. Provide decision support to management by reporting HR metrics. Ensure that human resources management is legally compliant. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven HR management or executive experience. In-depth knowledge of UK labour laws and HR best practices.
