Human Resource Specialist

Hybrid Working With multiple sites across the group, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the leading retail and food service customers. Due to growth we are looking to recruit a HR specialist to focus on rewards & compensation across the group. Support with market research and analysis to asses competitiveness and identify key areas for improvement Ideally you will have gained experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment (however other sectors will be considered) The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level. Experience gained working with SAP would be advantageous
