Human Resources Advisor

Human Resources Advisor Looking to progress your HR career in a new role with an immediate start? Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor on a temporary, full-time basis. This role is offering hybrid-working, located in North Wales! Working as part of a dedicated HR team within a modern organisation, the successful candidate will handle a wide variety of duties including HR compliance, recruitment, and advising employees on a variety of HR-related matters. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in Human Resources, able to provide relevant and appropriate HR advice. Salary:Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on HR experience) The Role:
- Provide relevant and appropriate Human Resources advise and support to Managers and Employees
- Advise Managers on the processes for disciplinaries and grievances if such situations occur
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, including resourcing candidates, managing interviews and offer management
- Produce reports for the management team on Human Resources statistics and analytics
- Assist in the development of training programmes and subsequent delivery to a variety of internal departments
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and employment law
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recent relevant HR best practices to apply within the organisation
- Update employee and candidate information on the internal HR database
- Monitor planned staff leave and absences, making arrangements for cover when needed The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a previous Human Resources role
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation
- A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency with IT and database systems Details and Benefits:
