Experienced with Leadership Empowerment? Employee Engagement? We are supporting a small but growing ecommerce company to recruit for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This role can with be 30hrs per week or 42hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor:

1. Supporting new managers with coaching and mentor guidelines
2. Full management of the recruitment for the company including onboarding and inductions of new starters
3. Migrating current HR platform onto the in house system in order to reduce monthly costs
4. Focussing on employee wellbeing and engagement
5. Supporting with payroll prep and running

Key Skills for the HR Advisor:

1. Experience in a HR role with the above responsibilities
2. Must have a car to be able to drive to site
3. Relationship Building
