Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in

the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate

records, and supporting onboarding activities.

Employee Relations: Handle

day-to-day HR queries, assist with grievance procedures, and contribute to

fostering a positive working environment.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel

records, handling documentation, and managing HR systems.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
