We are recruiting an HR Business Partner on an 18-month project to support our UK Industrial Affairs division. Reporting to the Head of HR, Industrial Affairs UK, this role will help drive the site people strategy by implementing and delivering key HR initiatives to enhance the people experience on-site.
We are looking for someone who is creative and able to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches. They must be flexible and able to work on their own initiative. They will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our HR team, this role will lead by example, coaching and mentoring their peers and our line managers to reach the highest level of performance. This role will be based at our Romford office and on a hybrid basis.
To a minimum A ‘Level or equivalent standard with at least a level 5 CIPD accredited qualification. Experience working in an HR Business Partnering capacity. Strong track record of developing and implementing people projects. Generalist capabilities to apply principles to practice. Analyzing and interpreting people data. Some experience of shaping leadership development programs would be an advantage of working within a manufacturing industry, ideally in Pharmaceutical or a similar highly regulated environment. This role will not manage ER cases daily, they should have enough knowledge of employment law and previous experience to be able to support higher-level cases or appeals where necessary.
