Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a financial services organisation, on the recruitment of a HR Business Partner. This role will be supporting their Accounts & Outsourcing (180 employees), Tax (90) and Legal (12) service lines and will report in to the HR Director.
Provide support on all complex ER cases, ensuring that risk is appropriately and proportionately managed, offering pragmatic solutions to problems that arise and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Work alongside stakeholders to develop and adapt the people element of Business Plans.
- Identify and use key data from across the business and from external sources to support and inform decision making; turnover, absence rates, diversity, pay, for example.
- Use data, metrics and evidence to identify and forecast longer term business needs and trends.
- Supporting business plan implementation, performance management cycle/system, new HR system implementation, leaver feedback process.
- Training & upskilling managers, running HR bite-site online training sessions, coaching senior managers – providing feedback, having difficult conversations, etc.
Ideal – Experience working in a Professional/Financial Services environment
Desirable – Experience working in a commercial environment
Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to view a problem from different perspectives in order to identify the best solution for the business
Proven ability to identify and manage people risk
Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office, which is based in West Sussex.
