The People Operations Partner will play a critical role in executing business change projects, with a primary focus on leading all aspects of the UK collective consultation process. This role will work closely with the People Partner Lead on global transformation projects, ensuring meticulous administration and due diligence. The incumbent will maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance HR services, collaborating with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering legally compliant HR services are key responsibilities. 5+ years of experience in an HR function with experience in managing high-risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution

• Experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.) with specific experience in HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language
