We have an exciting new opening for a HR Manager.. Our Industrial Control & Protection division site in Worksop manufactures high quality, cost effective Cam Switches and Disconnectors for the global market with minimal environmental impact. As a HR Manager you will be a key business partner and strategist working with the site Leadership Team to drive the business forward while ensuring a progressive focus on culture and talent development. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Talent Management: Lead talent review and performance management processes Training and Development: Prepare and implement the site’s annual training plan.
