What You'll Do:

• Lead International HR Operation s: Focus on employee engagement, integrating acquisitions, grievance handling, and workforce planning.
• Global HR Strategy : Lead on the International HR Strategy across the organisation
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic global team.
• Business Partner :Collaborate with the senior leadership team on all HR matters.
