Job Description - Human Resources Specialist

Hybrid Working

With multiple sites across the group, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the leading retail and food service customers. Due to growth we are looking to recruit a HR specialist to focus on rewards & compensation across the group.

The role;

  • Monitor effective processes and controls ensuring smooth running of the Company’s various schemes
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of company systems and processes
  • Support with market research and analysis to asses competitiveness and identify key areas for improvement
  • Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders
  • Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business

Your experience;

  • Ideally you will have gained experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment (however other sectors will be considered)
  • Experience in developing and reviewing reward or benefits schemes
  • The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level.
  • Experience gained working with SAP would be advantageous
