We're delighted to be assisting our highly-respected client in their search for a full-time permanent HR Manager. Your main responsibilities will be around workforce & organisational development, employee relations, coaching & development, staff engagement & wellbeing, line management, as well as a number of general duties and responsibilities Minimum 5 years' HR management experience, ideally from within a similar manufacturing or transferable background. Experience in a standalone HR generalist role. Able to complete all aspects of HR administration to desired standards.
