Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with their client in the recruitment of an In-house Resourcer role to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a great role working as part of a small recruitment team and assisting with sourcing of top-quality candidates to work across their business. Utilising job boards, glass door, agencies, various social media platforms the key remit of the role will be to engage with, attract and recruit talented individuals, building a strong and diverse talent database to join the group. Day to day duties include:
To be considered for the role you must have previous internal or agency recruitment experience. You will be experienced in interviewing, utilising social media platforms in the role and ideally have worked with applicant tracking systems. It goes without saying that you will be engaging and have an articulate and friendly communication style, combined with the ability to multi-task and work under strict timescales.
