Job Description - Operational Support Coordinator

About The Role
Delivering what we promise
Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Operational Support Coordinator to work on our Thames Water contract in Wantage.
As a Operational Support Coordinator you will be part of our Operations Team and will be required to support administrative duties to help maintain the smooth running of the day-to-day functions required to deliver this project, while learning the functions of a supervisor.
You will be responsible for promoting a positive ‘can do’ culture. You will work with the managers and supervisors across the External Digs department to improve productivity, compliance, safety, and overall performance. You will engage with the client and Morrison Water Services back-office teams to ensure a seamless delivery of operational excellence. You will ensure completion of site audits as well as ensuring plant and equipment is safe.
You will need to deal with all customer issues in accordance with the ‘IMPACT’ protocol and respond to the Escalations team in accordance with the prescribed timescales. You will ensure compliance with all aspects of the Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standard.
Experience for this role isn’t necessary, we are looking for conscientious individuals who are willing to learn and progress through the company.
