Senior Contracts Manager (Temporary), Band 8A
The equip Programme is a large and complex regional transformation programme. It has been established on behalf of HSC to procure and implement a single integrated cloud solution to replace the current Finance, Procurement and Logistics, Human Resources, Pay and Travel Management systems.
With over 76,000 employees impacted by the implementation of the new system, working across 16 different HSC organisations, this is currently one of the largest and most complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations in the UK across the public sector.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective system for timely contract management for the lifecycle of the equip contracts and will maintain/manage a database of all equip contracts
- Be responsible for the formal performance management, contract and financial management and reporting requirements including management of key performance indicators and service levels relating to the equip contracts and any associated third party
- Be responsible for the delivery of the HSC elements & terms of contract management set out within the equip contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A university degree or equivalent & have worked for at least 3 years in the last 5 years in a managerial role at senior level in HSC or similar complex organisation OR A HND or equivalent & have worked at least 4 years in a senior managerial role
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in the last 5 years, of contract and financial management systems and processes in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrate financial management through experience of budgetary management or monitoring financial allocations
Desirable Skills
- Have experience of holding delegated responsibility
