Job Description - Senior Human Resources Officer

Job description

The post holder will be a member of a team of HR staff responsible for the maintenance of effective employee relations, attendance and inclusion service. .

Responsibilities

  • Assist in fostering and maintaining an effective employee relations, attendance and inclusion service in accordance with good Human Resources practice.
  • Support the Team to provide advice and assistance to managers, TUs, staff and other parties on ERAI queries

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification plus 1 year experience in a Human Resources department
  • Certificate in Personnel recognised by CIPD plus 2 years experience in a Human Resources department
