Job Description - Admin/Logistics Support

Job description

We are seeking an Admin / Logistics Support with immediate start for our client, based in Jordanstown. .

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with staff and clients
  • Liaise with on-site team, accommodation manager, maintenance, cleaners
  • Support scheduling of cleaning / maintenance / servicing
  • Answer queries
  • Update records
  • General administration support

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Administration experience
  • Word/Excel competent

Desirable Skills

  • Contacting, booking and liaising with subcontractors preferred
