Assistant Accounts Assistant

Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a strong accounts assistant to join them on a full time basis. Ideally you will be proficient in SAGE and have covered Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. This position is office based and the hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am -4pm on a Friday. Process sales order on Sage. Prepare Pro Forma Invoices Prepare Purchase orders on Sage. Prepare Certificates of Origin for exports and liaise with the Chamber of Commerce Prepare goods for shipment, packing and posting. Liaise with logistics providers daily to ensure shipments processed and stock recorded correctly. Send Proof of deliveries to customers daily Update the CRM for all project work. Post purchase invoices on Sage. Monthly stock reconciliations Credit Control Letters of credit Ad-hoc finance and other duties as required. Additional benefits
