Here at GXO Logistics, were recruiting for a Credit Controller to join us at our Head Office in Northampton on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 0900 1700, with an element of hybrid working. Youll be paid a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. What youll do on a typical day:

• Proactively chase customers that have not provided payment within agreed terms
• Identify potential risks at an early stage to prevent any financial impact to the business
• Take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of outstanding sales ledger balances
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Support the continued improvement of our credit control function

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Previous experience within credit control is essential bonus points if you have used SAP before
• Resilience when communicating with our stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
