Distribution and Logistics Assistant

1. Ensure that all mail items are sorted, scanned, and stored in accordance with the guidance.
2. Delivery of the mail / IT equipment to the GSK HQ.
3. Track and trace the mail.
4. Ensure all duties and tasks are completed in line with company procedures and policies.
5. Responsible for maintaining and complying with company Health and Safety standard.
6. Monitor and respond to queries in the Mailroom team mailboxes.
7. Occasional support at GSK HQ.
