Events Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Events Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to event performance, attendee demographics, and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights.

- Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events by providing data-driven recommendations and logistical support.

- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on event outcomes, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation in event planning and execution.

- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for events, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align event strategies with business goals.

- Technology Utilisation: Utilise event management software and data analytics tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Experience needed:

- Proven experience in data analysis, event planning, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
