Events Manager, Birmingham, £30-40k+ Working as part of an existing team, the successful Events Manager will be involved in working on a variety of client accounts and events. Overview:
*Forge client relationships
*Discuss ideas around theming, set/stage design, signage etc with clients
*Present concepts for sign off
*Full event planning from concept through delivery (managing on-site preparations and event breakdown)
*Lead pre-event meetings and conduct post event debriefs
*Manage and control costs and budgeting
*Produce event plans and schedules so all involved is aware
*Keep clients updated and get consent of any additional costs
*Building and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and venues to ensure best rates
*Venue sourcing/selection
*Logistic planning
*Ensure all paperwork is completed
*Comply with insurance requirements
*Ensure H&S policies and procedures are enforced Requirements:
*Proven Event Planning/Management background either working for an Event Agency/Production/Services Company or In-House.
*Troubleshooting skills
