Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a Transport Controller to join our client in Stoke-on-Trent on a temporary ongoing basis. Main responsibilities of the Transport Controller role: Review and amend daily transport plans Management of short term driver absence and relocation of work Manage driver performance to identify any major discrepancies Skills required for this Transport Controller role: Transport office experienced would be advantageous Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications Awareness of transport legal compliance would be an advantage Details of this Transport Controller role: Monday to Friday rotational shifts 5:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 Hourly rate: £13.This is a temporary ongoing position If you have the above requirements and experience, please call Steph on (phone number removed) Please note that Pertemps will only contact applicants who have the relevant experience for the position.
