RMS Are working with an outstanding automotive client; we are looking for General Operative to join our existing team. Providing vehicle storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch and transportation facilities for our client CAT UK we want you to help us continue delivering our best service.

CAT UK Services is a leading provider of finished vehicle services in the UK for new, used and commercial vehicles. Due to recent business growth in corby we have several new vacancies.

We have a position available for a vehicle cleaning operatives based at Rockingham Logistic Hub in Corby for an immediate start.

• No experience required as full training will be given
• Driving License with less than 6 points is essential due to insurance policy.

The role would suit individuals from a logistics, distribution or production background who have an eye for quality and an interest in cars.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean each vehicle within the allocated time frames
• Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles
• General quality inspection ensuring all vehicles meet the required standards
• Complete all relevant paperwork and report any discrepancies
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Attention to detail
• Experience of cleaning vehicles to a high standard (desirable)
• Ability to work a variety of shift patterns – 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm
