We are Volvo Group - Flexis project At the Volvo group, we are aiming at creating a new company in the green logistics sector, on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers. To make this project come true, the future Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector. We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world. The role you could fill : The Country Manager mission is to drive revenue generation through the development of vehicle & service sales (complete solutions) in the UK. In particular, you will develop a fine understanding of both the market characteristics and customer expectations and implement a project sales approach with customers. Ultimately, you and your team team will support our customers to reach their ESG commitment, improve safety and security for both drivers and pedestrian in urban areas and improve efficiency & profitability of our customers in the last mile delivery booming segment. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Contribute to building and executing Flexis project commercial strategy in the UK. Build and lead a commando of talents obsessed with customer satisfaction. Responsible for revenue generation in the UK. With your UK team, build a project sales approach specific to each customer needs : o Identify, prioritize customers and customers' customers on targeted segment for Flexis project within last mile delivery o Approach customers with a holistic view, creating awareness of Flexis solutions. o Understand customer needs (ESG, financial & operational) and its ecosystem to offer tailor-made adequate solutions / support. o Develop of complete solutions and drive its execution; act as Chief Project Manager o Follow-up on implemented solution and drive needed evolution / support though the lifetime of the project (continuous improvement approach). o Promote long term partnerships development with customer's customers; strengthening position as best business partner on their transformation journey. Identify external partners able to support Flexis ambition to bring complete solution to our customers. Work as one team with other support functions at Flexis : o Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective. o Build customer understanding and obsession within the whole Flexis organization. LCV & Last mile delivery application knowledge Background with E-mobility would be a plus Strong sales & negotiations skills including ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments. Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust. Able to work cross functionally in project mode. Act as a real tam player, promoting collaboration and support. Fluent English
