Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Temporary role. You will be responsible for completing sales delivery notes and helping the Logistics Coordinator to produce the correct paperwork for all deliveries. Collate information to produce the daily shortage logs, driver and vehicle utilisation and pallet reconciliation. You will work closely in conjunction with the Logistic and Warehouse Managers to improve office processes, introduce new processes as required and ensure our office systems are adequate and are working efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities: Administrative functions and data entry for:
*Warehouse and Packing
*POD’s and Invoicing
*Daily shortage reports
*Stock control
*Coordinating importation of raw materials
*Preparation of export paperwork
*Transport records.
*Pallet control
*Ad hoc office activities Suitable candidates must have previous logistics experience.
