Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational activities, including customer service and warehouse functions.
- Strategise process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and cost control.
- Work with the Senior Branch Manager to manage budgets and maintain effective cost control.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge and compliance with H&S regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and adjusting service levels accordingly.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and improve operational performance and effectiveness.
- Provide direction, feedback, and resources to team members, recognising excellence and addressing areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: College/University level.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent position.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Ability to analyse complex data and reporting methods.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
