Global E&C Personnel Logistics & Onboarding Coordinator
Global E&C have a requirement for an experienced Logistics & Onboarding Coordinator. This staff position is based in Dyce, Aberdeen. As a Logistics & Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with personnel to confirm check-in details, book hotels, arrange PPE, and manage travel arrangements.
- Maintaining onboard tracking system for accurate reporting of mobilized POB.
- Managing stock PPE levels for distribution.
- Liaising with HR team for alignment throughout onboarding process.
- Assigning training courses as per GEC and Client training matrix.
- Interfacing with onshore construction team to ensure awareness of personnel movements.
- Participation in on-call out-of-hours rota.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
Previous experience in personnel logistics.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy operational environment.
Good IT skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
