The VP of Product will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Safeguard Global's business goals and market opportunities. Manage stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure clear communication and alignment Define and prioritize product initiatives and features based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Coach and develop the product team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity and learning Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to launch and iteration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) for successful product delivery and market adoption. Utilize data analysis and market insights to inform product decisions and strategies Work with the teams to ensure development and roadmaps are having impact on our outcomes Foster effective communication/collaboration within the product team and cross functionally Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related role Strategic planning expertise, with the ability to think long-term and drive results Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capability to effectively engage and align diverse stakeholders Solid commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs Proficient in data analysis, using insights to drive informed decision-making Join our team and help shape the future of our company as we continue to grow and innovate.
